Pilot cohort 2026: three companies, measured results

I'm selecting three companies to run the full embedded service at a founding rate. The logic is simple and reciprocal: you get a complete data report on your teams' performance; I get structured feedback and the right to document the results. The essentials are measured, not just self-reported.

What you get

  • The full embedded service: a one-quarter priming phase, one short session per week
  • An individual data assessment at the start and end of the priming phase
  • A quantified group report at the end of the quarter
  • A founding rate reserved for the first three companies

What I ask in return

  • Structured feedback: a 30-min debrief at the end
  • Permission to cite the results (can be anonymised)
  • Ideally, a recommendation if the programme delivers

Success markers agreed upfront. Before we start, we define the tracked markers together: strength on the fundamental patterns (squat, RDL, push-ups, rows), aerobic capacity, body composition, adherence and perceived energy, complemented by time in heart-rate zones during sessions. You know exactly what will be measured.

Commitment capped at the priming phase. If the agreed markers don't improve, you're free not to continue. There's no commitment beyond the priming quarter.

Briefing and score sheet during a group session
A clear-headed team is a trained team.

Collective clarity is a performance asset.

Your teams make complex decisions, under pressure, several hours a day. Their performance also depends on their physical condition. It can be trained, like a muscle.

01

Structured training, measured before and after

The market is full of Thursday yoga and fruit baskets. What I offer is a physiological training protocol, with objective measurements before and after. My job is performance.

02

The data differentiator

Each participant sees their own physiological response in real time: heart rate and grip strength. Data helps turn a session into awareness, and an intuition into a reference point.

03

A language your teams understand

From preparatory classes, a business school and audit (KPMG), I speak the language of protocols, metrics and optimisation. I do not rely on motivational slogans.

Data as proof

Your teams leave with their own numbers. Here is the report format generated by my monitoring tool at the end of a cycle.

Illustrative example of the report format. On a pilot, your teams' real numbers (measured with heart-rate sensors, dynamometer and cognitive tests) replace these.

…and what your teams see live

During the session, everyone follows their heart rate and zone in real time on the shared screen. It is the monitoring tool I built.

From the entry point to the embedded service

A discovery workshop to experience the approach, then an embedded service on a subscription to install it over time. Every intervention rests on objective testing and State-certified coaching.

Offer 01 · Entry point

Discovery workshop · 90 minutes

On quote
Depending on group size. A half-day format is also available. Reduced rate possible for a first collaboration.

A 90-minute session, with no free weights, to let your teams experience the link between physical condition and intellectual performance. It is the entry point: they reach it through practice and through data, with no barbell testing.

30 minInteractive theory: physiology of recovery, cognitive load, concrete levers applicable from the following week.
45 minPractical session accessible to all levels, bodyweight-based, with real-time heart-rate monitoring via sensors. Each participant sees their physiological response.
15 minData debrief: collective analysis of the metrics, grip-strength test (Grip Test), individual and collective takeaways.
6 to 20 people No free weights At your offices or outdoors Testing equipment provided
Offer 02 · Embedded service

Continuous preparation · renewable subscription

On proposal
Depending on group size and length of engagement. Founding rate on the 2026 pilot.

The service embedded in your teams' working week. A one-quarter priming phase (one short session per week, progressive intensity) lays the foundations; renewal installs continuous follow-up. A coached, progressive framework, under free-weight load. This is the service deployed in the pilot cohort.

PrimingOne quarter, one short session per week, progressive intensity. Introduction to strength-training fundamentals.
TestingTesting the fundamental patterns: squat, Romanian deadlift (RDL), push-ups, rows.
30 minTargeted training to develop these capacities, under progressive and supervised load.
20 to 30 minAdapted conditioning to each person's level, as AMRAP, EMOM or HIIT.
RenewalMove into continuous follow-up: markers re-assessed each cycle, progression sustained.
8 to 15 people One short session / week Data assessment at start & end of priming Renewable subscription

The equipment behind the data

My professional monitoring equipment turns every intervention into a measurable experience. Your teams leave with their own numbers.

Heart-rate sensors
They provide real-time heart-rate monitoring during practice, with precise HR measurement.
Grip Test · Dynamometer
It gives an objective grip-strength measurement, a validated marker of general physical condition.
Tracking app
It shows live collective data on a tablet and provides individual feedback at the end of the session.

Three steps, zero friction

Step 1 · 20 min
The scoping call

A call to understand your context: team size, constraints, goals, available space. No commitment.

Step 2 · 48h
The proposal

A written proposal tailored to your situation: recommended format, outline, success markers, logistics and a precise rate.

Step 3 · At your pace
The intervention

I bring all the equipment. Your teams come in comfortable clothing. The data does the rest.

What companies ask

Do participants need to be athletic?
No. Sessions are accessible to all levels: intensity is individualised through heart-rate zones, so everyone works at their own threshold. The goal isn't athletic performance, but physiological adaptation.
How much time does it take?
One short session per week for the embedded service, or a single 90-minute session for the discovery workshop. The protocol is designed to fit a saturated schedule without overloading it.
What happens to our employees' heart-rate data?
Measurements are stored locally on the tablet (nothing is sent to a third-party server) and can be deleted at any time. Individual results are shared only with the person concerned; at company level, only aggregated, anonymised trends are reported.
What equipment and space are needed?
I bring all the equipment (heart-rate sensors, dynamometer, tablet). A meeting room or an outdoor space is enough; your teams simply come in comfortable clothing.
What if our teams are multi-site or remote?
That's covered. Tracking can run remotely via connected devices and shared monitoring. I work on-site around Paris / Saclay, and remotely elsewhere.
How is the result measured?
Through a data assessment at the start and end of the priming phase, on markers agreed upfront: strength on the fundamental patterns, aerobic capacity, body composition, adherence and perceived energy. You leave with a quantified report and markers that are comparable before and after.
