The human behind the method

In 2017, between preparatory classes and financial audit at KPMG, my own system gave way. The burnout delayed my graduation. It was also a turning point.

I learnt the hard way that good decisions are not made within an exhausted body. Performance does not lie in the accumulation of hours, but in the physiological infrastructure that carries us.

Over 7+ years I have worked with 70+ individual clients — university professors at top engineering schools, executives, researchers, high-level amateur athletes — and led collective programmes: Volleyball at Nationale 3 level, functional sessions of up to 30 people, and technical supervision for groups of 60+ participants.

Today I hold two complementary roles: Strength & Conditioning Coach on the field, and Human Performance Strategist in the design of hybrid strategies — health, physical, cognitive.

2014 – 2017
The corporate system

Master's in Corporate Finance from a top French business school (Rennes School of Business). Audit roles at French Red Cross and KPMG France. First burnout in late 2017.

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Independent coach. Over 7 years of individual and collective coaching: 70+ individual clients, group leadership of up to 30 people, Volleyball coaching at Nationale 3 level.
